22 Vegan Challenge Prep

Its prep time!! Tomorrow is the last day before i take on the 22day Vegan challenge. i have to say, Im kinda crazy excited about it.  Here are some great web sites that were recommended to me -

http://foodgawker.com/?s=vegan   One of my fav food and recipe sites just type anything into the search and it will give you lot's of  good recipes.

Tomorrow I'm getting some basic things from the commissary to hold me over through the weekend. Sat and Sun kinda look like this:

                       Breakfast: oatmeal with fresh berries with green goddess juice
                       Snack: banana with peanut butter  
                       Lunch: Wrap with roasted veggies and cup of carrot turmeric soup 
                       Snack: almonds, veggies and hummus
                       Dinner: i have no fucking idea.
                       Desert: chia Mexican pudding

Going to need a better game plan after the weekend .  Need some time to plan ahead. NOT easy when taking care of small monster's all day. Got to stay strong and committed. Watching 16 year old me run around in old staff shows was defiantly motivating!
