Day 1

Kids woke up sooooooo early for my first day on the 22DAY VEGAN CHALLENGE!!! But i pulled on my big girl pants ( hopefully after this they wont fit anymore!) and got to work.
Breakfast
Black tea, Fruit salad, and Ezekiel toast with avocado and fresh basil
 Snack
Coffee with non dairy creamer, apples, and organic peanut butter
   Lunch 
Veggie Wrap with hummus, raw almonds, and carrot turmeric soup

 Snack 
         Corn Chips and salsa but i didn't get a picture of it :(

Dinner 
Grilled Veggie Kebab's with Coconut Rice and a Green Salad

                                                                           Dessert
Dark Dark valentines chocolates and Chamomile tea

Day 1 is over. Well done me!!! i feel good. Being a vegetarian i think might have made today not so hard. Plus texting with my amazing Sarah all day to keep inspired and motivated. The biggest hurdle i found was the absent minded grazing from the kids plate. Cutting up Cheese for Eden, pouring milk for Az. That was hard. It will get easier but today it was kinda hard. Kevin was super supportive and very mindfully while making dinner.  My kebab's never touched the meat side of the grille :)  Getting excited about tomorrow!

I think you should not do the non-dairy creamer in your coffee; that stuff is scary

i agree but i hate the way almond milk curdles and i cant drink it black. so fake creamer it is :)
